Document archiving

Librex protects your documents by writing automatically on a CD.

One or many virtual CD's are create onto Librex server disk. Each time that a document is added to the database, it is also added to this virtual CD. When this virtual CD is full, the responsible person receive an email to let him (her) know that it is time to write all these informations on a real CD. You can also at any time, do this writing manually, even if the CD is not full yet. This will offer you a total protection of your documents.

Librex will soon support "writing on DVD" option.
